Setting of the 1960s' T.V. show " The Prisoner"

It has some lovely colourful architecture and the most wonderful woodland with huge redwood trees,hidden lakes and various follies.

Situated in North Wales near Porthmadoc it's easy to get to but rather expensive to stay in the village itself. There's lots of photographic opportunities to be had here and it doesn't really matter if you have rain or shine - the photos are amazing !
