Upon returning from a short round the world trip in 2002, I decided to improve my (non existant) photographic skills by taking a short course to learn the basics of photography.

I then spent the next 3 years doing endless amounts of theory work, but very little practical experiments. I figured, why follow everyone's advice by wasting alot of time and money with trial and error?! Instead, I analyzed thousands upon thousands of images from hundreds of photographers to decide on a style I liked best.

Having done this, I decided to combine my photography with my love of travelling. So in September 2005, with bugger all practical experience, I set off on another round the world trip to put my theory work to the test!!

It was a monster of a trip which took me to 12 countries on 4 continents and allowed me to meet the love of my life, Tine. Hopefully one day soon she will vow to be there for me through the good times and the bad and more importantly, to help carry my camera gear on future trips!!

Since returning to England I have been busy preparing the images for submission to various stock libraries including Alamy, Masterfile & Jon Arnold Images.

For my forthcomig trip I will be shooting on the digital daddy, the Canon EOS 1ds MKII.

I will be adding regular updates to my website throughout the trip.
