Photography has been a passion for me since I was given my first SLR, the Zenith E on my 17th birthday. Having spent many years as a graphic designer it was a natural progression for me to move into photography. My love for the subject has been progressive from the use of traditional techniques through to the digital age. Digital technology now plays the main role in my work and shoot digital only thanks to the award-winning Nikon D70, D200 and D300.Photoshop is now my darkroom and spend many rewarding hours there. Having a background in graphic design has given me a unique view of how images work as part of an overall design layout. My aim is to capture images with strong light, colour, dynamism and composition. I shoot only with available light which gives my work a more natural and human look. I specialize in people in business and social environment, architecture, engineering, construction and travel. Recent work has included shooting for The Charity Commission, ABS London and Camtune Motors.
