This Velbon Pro Strap L has a wide Neoprene section so it lightens the load while the large pad makes it really comfortable to wear. You'll hardly know you have a tripod on your shoulder.

It attaches to the tripod using adjustable loops so will work with just about any tripod not just Velbon.

You could also use the strap to lighten the load on your gadget bag or aluminium case by threading the loop through the case buckles.
