Crete! I just love the place and it's people, so long as it's off the beaten track away from the tourists.....It's wildlife is very special too, so long as your prepared to go and find it. Malta, again because the people are wonderful.....Although they don't respect the wildlife anywhere as much as they should. Northern France, for the same reasons, especially if you have a go at speaking...
