Adapter for Olympus e-620
I would go with John, sell the lens. I`ve got a feeling that Canon lenses even with an adaptor will not be suitable anyway, I`ve never come across a 4/3 adapter to fit a canon lens. Plenty of other adapters here

Olympus E-620
Quote:Whether you agree with it or not there was/is a perceived, and measurable, difference to the cameras the Olympuses were competing against in these two areas. And in fact on an Olympus forum I sometimes visit it seems to be accepted that care needs to be taken with the highlights and that the above ISO400 performance 'could be better'I wonder if that's the same site I would visit once in a ...

Oly E-620 and wireless flash.
You'll have to buy a Oly flash gun that supports wireless flash if you want to use the camera body to control it. Otherwise you will have to go with ebay flash trigger and go manual control. There is no other way as far as I know.

Straycat Agree about the 35-mm macro and the early 17.5-45 kit lens. As a kit lens it was a very good performer but a tad too heavy and large for a small 4thirds body and its focul range was limited by comparison to the competition. The 14-42 ED that replaced it was a gem of a lens and had the latest high speed focus system, it was compact, light and had a better performance and build quali...

Upgrade - Olympus E410
Except with Nikon and Canon. I have a Canon camera because of a combination of DPP, service in this area, and quality that I have realised only in the past year. But one always keeps one's options open.;)

DSLRs are not really tuned for optimal JPG processing in general 4/3 camera`s were, they were well known for it, especially the early ones using the Kodak sensors. This site when reviewing the Fuji XS-1 said the same The Fuji x10, the XS-1 shares the same sensor.

I use an Oly, and my brother in law uses a Nikon. There isn't really much in it as Paul says. One thing to bear in mind is the comfort of the camera. The Oly mentioned (620) has a very small body, which can affect the balance of the camera - you really do need to have the battery pack, not for the extra power but to give you something to grab hold of. That said I'm of the opinion that Olympus m...

Olympus OM-D EM-5 Discussion
Ah, excellent, thanks. The 50mm is on there, I see. Not the 80-200, but that´s a third party - a Tokina. (I can now see (or rather, feel) what reviewers mean when they say Tokinas are built like tanks!)

That is because they have struck a balance between resolution, speed (in terms of frame rate) and low noise at high ISO. It all depends where your requirements lie.
