where as a big old scratch on the sensor from attempting to remove dust is pretty noticible hmm...I cleaned my D70 'sensor' ( you never touch the actual CCD, you know. I have the 7D, but not submitted anything to Alamy. As others have said though, the quality would be relative to the Canon, Nikon and the like given good optics. The main factor is the interpolation to meet the required 45meg? If camera brand/model was an issue with Alamy, then I'm sure they would state preffered models for required quality.
