Process versus Technique
To get the pics to the level/look they need, it's a proper skill from what I can gather - stuff the agent was chatting about was mind boggling really, it'd probably not be cost effective to get me to do it as it'd take forever ;-) Don't get me wrong, I edit all the portrait/landscape/wedding stuff I do - but big projects... you're just a small cog in a wheel really. ww I'd rather be chat...

I have had a response from them saying that they will discuss my issues at the ne...

How Long in Photoshop?
Bloody hell. We were doing 2 to 3 weddings per month. 4 rolls 0f 120 (12 per roll for 6x7), And they say we Scots are mean. I only manage 10 6x7 images on a roll of 120. Tell me how you squeeze in another two! :) :) Mamiya RZ67 10 per roll of 120. Mamiya 645 15 per roll of 120. Sorry had a senior moment, been to check some negs and as you rightly said 10 per roll and as the wife j...

Ten Stopper?
Not content with the Big Stopper ND3.0 ten-stop filter, I am experimenting with an ND 4.0 13-stop filter. This one does not fit into a Lee/Cokin type of holder but is available as screw-in circular - which has some advantages and some disadvantages. Obviously if used on several lenses with different filter sizes, you'd need to get the largest (in my case 77mm) and some step-up rings for the oth...

Editorial Fashion Shoot w/lighting diagrams
That is a great article and I have to agree with him. In 1992 Plume Wafer gave me every model of there softboxes to try out and use. A week later I showed them images I shot with their softboxes and images shot with nylon panels. They loved the nylon panel images and said..."its obvious that these are the Plumes". After an uneasy silence, I said, no, you chose the nylon panel images. The ...
