The following ePHOTOzine members were appointed as moderators between December 2004 and now, and as part of the team, they help manage the forums and galleries to reduce errors, remove abuse and help new members find their way around.

Peter Bargh (Pete)

Peter Bargh

Peter is the founder of ePHOTOzine. Peter's background is a photographer and journalist who has worked on the UK's leading photography magazines and has written several books on Adobe Photoshop and digital photography.

Chris Shepherd (lobsterboy)

Chris Shepherd

Chris has been taking photos since he was given a digital camera in 2002. He works as a software developer in central London, has been an enthusiastic member of ePHOTOzine since 2003 and became Editor of the site's Favourite Locations in October 2006. He joined the mod team in April 2007.

K.

Karen has a level headed attitude to most things and has commented on thousands of your photos. She joined ePHOTOzine as a snapshooter in March 2004 and has since managed to grasp most aspects of photography and has a much loved portfolio - one of the top three most viewed to be precise!

Doug Vickers (dougv)

Doug Vickers

Doug has been member of ePHOTOzine since Jan 2004. He has many hobbies and interests including Amateur Radio, Aircraft, Astronomy, Weather, Computing, Steam Engines and of course Photography. He has been taking photos as long as he can remember, and got his first SLR in the early 1970's. Dabbled with various Digital cameras and finally went fully Digital with the release of the Canon EOS 300D.

David Pritchard (discreetphoton)

David Pritchard

David joined EPZ as a point-and-shoot novice in 2005. Since then, he has developed his skills (and kit list), and has found success in several local and national competitions. He enjoys technical challenges, and credits most of his photographic knowledge to the collective membership of this site. He is a familiar face on Scottish meets, and has a professional background in Behavioural Analysis.

Malcolm Bernhard (saltireblue)

Malcolm Bernhard

A scot from Lossiemouth, Malcolm lived in foreign lands such as England and France. He met a Norwegian lass and moved to Norway in 1988 and loves living there. He was a keen tog in the 70's and 80's, but after many years of only a pocket Canon, started with a DSLR in 2009. His other interest in life is Land Rovers, and he is a Mod on the forums at LRUK. Job-wise, he's a Head of Customer Services for a pan- Scandinavian concern.
