Hi all just joined here so this is my first picture and was took at ropley station on the (watercrest line) im very happy with it as iv just received my nikon d3200 two days ago . I change the original lens to a tamron af-18-200mm xr dill . The picture is the original jpeg as iv just learnt only now you can download adobe dng convertor for doing raw as seeing the camera is new and photoshop didnt recognise the original files i was starting to get the swets!!

Welcome.
This is a nice image of a stationary engine from a powerful viewpoint, and it is crisp and clear.
This is just a personal thing, but I would have dodged and burnt out the lights to the right of the smokebox, and put a gradient layer over the image to give the sky a little lift.
Look forward to seeing more images.
