A gorgeous capture. I see you come from Canada, so I can't give you its name (all my books are UK and Europe!), but I think it's a form of Ichneumon Wasp. Smile Lovely colours and markings! Smile

I'm with Karen above on the ID.....Although you could do a search for images of something called a Labena grallator, which looks very similar.....Hope this helps....
