One thing I like about churches is the textures, the wood with stone and some metal.
This shot is crying out for some HDR and Black and white conversion.
Love it.
Gareth
I really like it. Only issue I have is the tiny corner of some object peeping out - I want to know what it is!
Warm wood polished by thousands of hands. Shallow dof works here, focusing attention on one pew with the others softly hinted at.
I agree about b&w, not HDR. This needs the mystery that HDR strips away.

Hear, hear.
I love the repeats and the light.

Lovely rich sheen on the wood and narrow depth of field. A very 'tactile' image, Den.
Dave
Good focus point I like the comp would like to see it in B/w also.
John
I really love the grain on the pews, well captured.
Mary
Excellent use of shallow dof and perspective, focusing on the detail of the pews and their rich warm colour.
