She has been working in harsh conditions... I think.

Does she have big, medium or small eyes? Facing the sun has caused her to close them I think, it could be the heavy maskara, but I think a white deflector that could eliminate the sun's strength and could have a beneficial effect, even for that 1/2000 of a second. What about arriving at the spot earlier, when sunlight is less strong? The current light seems to had an effect on the colour of teh garment, it looks beigr to me on her shoulders and white-ish at the torso.

While the rest of her body is contrasted to the blue sea, the area of the head has the background of the braking waves, was that moment right to fire? If the spot on the sea had rocks and the waves kept breaking there, I think you could go further away from it.
