The first one I have seen this year - a bit earlier than usual. Taken at Anderton Nature Reserve.
Thanks all for you c&cs on the vulture, and thanks for viewing.
Great colours. A very nice and interesting image. I like the bending stem.
excellent composition colours dof & detail.
brilliant face on shot well done Dawn
wow what an excellent shot.dave
tack sharp, exceptional detail
Great shot....why do they call it that...it much too pretty for black.
I like the captured light here & your selected dof.A bit of a shame about the upright grass as it kind of goes against the shapes of the other grasses in the image.
A different Dragonfly image with good natural colours.
Amazing detail. Ness
wonderful detail & colour, the light just makes this .. love how the stem is matching the dragonfly P
so sharp ! stunning details
like the bg too : very nice...
Beautiful, especially the tail end.
excellent close up shot
This is an incredible image, Albert. If it were mine (fat chance), I'd have cloned out at least one of the bg grasses. But that's just me. This is beautifully photographed and presented.
Love the angle and detail in the dragon fly and the reed perch is perfect. Losing the two blades of grass would result in a superb overall shot.
Suberb shot, always a pleasure to view your work.
Composition, colour and detail are all superb.
Excellent image,well captured.............
Amazing close up. Lovely capture. Andy
