This little blue tit is about to launch herself onto our bird table for some cake. She is feeding her chicks at the moment, hence her slightly shabby appearance. She is nesting in a hole in a stone wall next to our garage, and everytime we go to open the garage door we cast a shadow over the hole. The chicks then start to chatter a greeting no doubt expecting to see her with some food for them.

It is interesting to note that when she has been to the table she takes a different route back to the nest each time. I assume that this is to confuse any would be predators that are in the vicinity.
