Just some bales of wheat straw. Taken before the weather turned grey and gloomy. Fields been cleared now, so I'm glad I got the chance to get these shots Smile

Thanks for dropping in, have a good weekend

Behaving themselves and keeping to heel, Cole... Alternatively they're over the hills and far away investigating the hedgerows... Take your pick! Wink

I love the original - a very well composed and captured image. But there is no doubt the mono version creates an even more dramatic image with a good range of contrast and tones. Lovely bit of work, Kathy.
Ronnie.

Lovely well composed image Kathy - love the mono conversion

?????? I presume they do as this isn't cropped at all, I didn't even straighten the horizon!!! Same clouds as in "Dog" (yes, dogs were present Smile )and "John Deere"...

Oh those clouds, that big Norfolk sky. Gorgeous. The barley up here in NE Scotland (not much wheat) still has green in it so no harvest yet. Anything special in the processing or just desaturation & curves?

Cracking mono Kathy!
