This damsel fly was holding on to a pond plant in my backgarden and let me get up close for a photo.

Hard to tell from the small version, but it looks like the all important eye is a little soft. This and the forelegs being the most crucial, I would have placed them nearer to the lower right third of the picture rather than in the centre.
The softness is gorgeous, your DOF is spot on, as are the colours and overall presentation.
Not far from the perfect shot but I would like to see it larger!
