A few bottles of wine makes portrait photography more amusing, as we found out last night!
This is Chris, not looking quite as much like Paul Merton as in the last set I did with him months and months ago. I was tring to get some movement on the blade for ages, but gave up and just used a wider aperture to blur it instead.
Got lots, but the Chris's expression in this one was the most convincing by a long shot.
Obvious candidate for a mono conversion - make him look like Sweeny Todd on a bad day

Cheers folks
first shoot in a while - was gettting fed up of oil seed rape fields so here's something a little different.
ta for the HC Pete, hopefully it'll give the shot a wider audience and inspire people to play with meat cleavers themselves, a very under-rated prop
Could be a poster for a mad freddie movie, great work Ade.
Dougie
Would you buy a used car from this man????
Bit concerned because of the knife crime problems in this day and age....
'Frightening' mono conversion....
Keith....
ya can't stab anyone with that beast of a cleaver Keith. chop fingers off, slash and cut, but getting a deep wound which affects the vital organs would be very hard to do....
so kids shold be carrying cleavers, not kitchen knives ![]()
Haven't you seen on the news recently, some of the young scrotes are carrying this type of cleaver. Still wouldn't particularly like to meet one, even with my training!!!!
Still 'like' the picture though....
Keith....
PS. The other worry is of course Chris in public with his chopper in his hand!!!!
he's in my living room keith - not in public.... a drunk chris with a meat cleaver in Morley... not worth the risk ![]()
