A shot from the banks of the Navigation next to Ferrybridge. Was just showing Richard where to get power station shots should the urge grab him!
Pretty sure Dave and Rich took 0 shots each here ![]()
I got about 25, this was probably the oddest of the lot, definitelty not the most "stunning", but I fancied somehting a little more interesting and out of the ordinary.. so here you go
the water was the thing that grabbed me - light + condensation... a fine mix

Cheers folks - I never thought an old water bottle in front of a power station would get near an RC!
it's a kind of commentary in a few ways - first, it's taken from the banks of the Calder and Aire navigation, which flooded earlier this year. So there's lots of crap like this on the banks.
Second, it is that "disposable" idea I'm looking at - power to produce something so throw-away etc.
Rich - ya gotta get on yer knees and invent sometimes, if you wait for the perfect light you end up driving round the countryside and come back with virtually no shots.
Excellent introduction of a foreground element to introduce added significance to the image.
Thought you'd 'lost your bottle' for a second!!!!
Keith....
it may be my bottle, walked over the aire many times ![]()
