A shot from the EPZ met at YSP this afternoon, this one's taken with wotashot's 17-40 on the 5D - amazing how close I was when I took this!
It's one of the huge henry moore statues in park, stands out a mile and has that lovely green tinge to it
About 9 or 10 of is had a pleanant and surprisingly dry wander round the extent of the park, very pleasant afternoon and nice to meet even more EPZers
Really dramatic! Great shot... lovely colours.
Great colours, love the sky and the monument is interesting.
This photo is beautiful.I love the sculture in the forground.
love this image ... Nice work Ade..
Nice to hear that Jamie found everybody this time!!!!!!!!!!!!
This could work really well in b+w I think. Doesn't quite have the impact for me in colour.
looks fantastic on mono - I prefer it too.
But the masses on here like colour so just pandering to their needs
Post it mono!! Yes - it will be largely ignored, but I'll be happy.. you'll be happy.. even starstriders will be happy! lol
Great POV and light make this a real eyecatcher.
really wonderful image.would look great framed on my wall.
Stunning image and great colouring.
Quote: would look great framed on my wall.
this can be arranged
Awesome sky Ade, great lighting.
- love the way the clouds seem to radiate from just behind the sculpture
Excellent shot, stacks of impact
Very impresive Ade like it but have to add my voice to the lets see it in B&W brigade
Great shot Ade; didn't realise you'd taken this. Love the sculpture colours. Very enjoyable afternoon!
Really got the treatment here, great shot, Bill.
Like the green tinge and the clouds add that extra impact. I have to say that I think this is one of the better Henry Moore shots I've seen.
Quite comical watching you and Jamie change your lens in the wind and trying to avoid dust.
All kinds of atmosphere in this one. Love it.
What is this piece be called I was just wondering?
no idea what it's called actually - got load of thost frm 20+ visaits, but never really look at the name.
probably "the lovers" or something you'd never guess from the shape.
I've got to get a 17-40 now too.. darn good lens, proper L quality images and not toooo pricey compared to the 16-35
Excellent image Ade - would love to see a b&w version.
Fantastic Ade - great tones and angle with the sky. Was a good day with new faces and quite a bit of fresh artwork to view.
Great image, think your being pressurized into a B/W version - would be great to compare them?
WOW, fantastic shot. Love the sky in this one. -=Walter
A stunning image in terms of colour and drama, but it looks like I'm on my own in not liking the sloping horizon.
excellent, like bobsy said: lots of impact!
This looks worth a visit. I couldn't make it this time though.
Superb Ade, wish I'd walked across to this now.
nice bold colour with a very dramatic sky.
spot on IAJACKS
what an amazing photo, its almost as if mother nature has provided the perfect sky for the art work I love it (just spotted it on Juldon's clicks)
