A strange place to visit at the best of times, but in the middle of winter it really is a desolate place.

No one else there except a few fishermen

Here's a classic Spurn Groyne shot, no splashing water as the tide was out all the time we were there

A very atmospheric shot with superb rendition of the shadows, light and colour. The line of posts leading through the picture makes this an outstanding composition. (In my view at least.) Charles.

Love it but there is colour difference in the blue sky between left and right. The right looks slightly artificial compared to the left. Think this is a HDR image which appear to give this effective at times. Very nice though.
