I've been to this waterfall dozens of times and never relly got a shot that I really liked - we bumped into a bloke with loads of medium format kit later wha agreed that it's "a right bugger" to get a decent shot of, just cause you can't get into position to get a decent view....
This is the first view you get of it on the path Malham, thought I'd avoid the bland white sky and go for a bit of foreground stream action, and lots of nice autumn colours instead.
My fave of this fall for the day.
Never seen it with so much water either, must have been a hell of a rain the previous few days as it was deafening!

Cheers
I've never seen them so full Mike! the water was crystal clear, you could see the rocks in the water so clearly.
just a shame it was so darn misty and grim :-(
still, the autumn colours came through really strong as a result!
If that's only as good as you could manage that day I can't wait till you think you've nailed one.
This is a GREAT example of a waterfall pic. Well done.

Cheers everyone, definitely recommend a trip to Malham so you can have a go at this tricky little blighter too.
There's a few obvious shots and I've got about 7 of those that will never be seen on there - but getting something original there... well go do it!
Just be careful, it's slippy!
A lovely shot with good detail and colours, well done.
Geoff.
