A different take on the wind farm genre - used the long lens wide open to photograph the bollard, and used the turbines as a bizzare backdrop.
Used Silver EFX to tone and mono-ize the shot, dark sepia looked best from the presets, to used that and added more contrast.

Stood out in the thumbs - it's very effective. Would be wonderful if the bollard were a person or child walking away - not that that has anything to do with the shot, just my musing about it...

Like a scene from an early sixties movie, grim up north genre. I hope this is the start of the awakening to a new appreciation of your inimitable style.
