I thought I'd join in on the Saturday shadows and here's my first one. Taken at Penarth pier that's situated in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Low POV increases the effect Ken, your POV perfect. Inclusion of a figure adds scale and depth.

A great capture of this much photographed pier Ken, they are disappearing from our country, the photo is perfect for black and white with that great sky and deep shadows, the scale can be seen with the inclusion of the man, excellent low point of view, overall a stunning capture!

There's an invisible barrier running the length of this pier, Ken. A totally empty left side, and all the action and movement happening (only permitted?) down the right - all the shadows, the people, the sign on the railings, only the benches have turned their backs on the activity and prefer to view the tranquility of the left...
