I have been taking photos (badly) for about 50 years, progressing from a box brownie, through compacts to Olympus SLRs & now canon digitals. Having tried many different types of photography, over the last few years I have tended towards landscape and flowers as a consequence of my interests in hillwalking and plant growing.
Along with my wife Sue (also a keen photographer)I am a member of the Diaporama Audio-Visual group based in Renfrewshire and many of our AV shows concentrate on the theme of the outdoors and nature.
I am also a long standing member of Gryffe Camera Club.
