I like it! The good thing about snails is that you usually have time to find the right composition!
You've managed to get good detail on the head. Maybe a tiny weeny bit more DoF for me.

This looks like the Siberian racing snail - no wonder you had to freeze it. Great composition with super detail: and the depth of field works very well.
