Taken from the mainland with the North Coast of Skomer Island in shot and not a single puffin in sight! . . ;0)

I particularly like the texture of the sea in this one, caused by the violent rip that flows through this sound.

1/30th @ f/9 plus Cokin X121S & X121M ND Grads

Nice composition. Have you increased the saturation, or was it really that yellow?

It's a shame the tone of the foreground rocks merges so much with the tone of the sea, because you almost lose the foreground. Not much you could have done about it though!

Thanks to all for your comments.

Bruce: Sats have had a slight boost using a Velvia action in PS but it was quite yellow to start with, as for the foreground rocks, I could have done some dodging to bring them out but decided to leave well alone as they seem to carry through the texture of the sea. Maybe I should have tweaked them a bit, but I like it this way.

I would leave well alone. I think if you were to start dodging/burning it would start looking a bit unnatural
