Female Sparrowhawk sitting on my Mealworm feeder (groove in the log).
I took several photographs thrpugh a rainy window and then chanced stepping outside, managed three photographs before she flew off.
I was pleased at how this came out considering it was a hand held shot of a wild bird.
Feathers around the foot suggest she'd caught something for dinner.
