I like the way you have used a vignette to draw attention to the flower, something I tend to do in all of my shots, but personally I find the hard edges a bit distracting and unnatural. Try feathering the selection more to even out the graduation. I use NX2 to process my images rather than PS along with the Nik Colorefex filter 'Darken/Lighten centre'.

Like the simplicity and concept of this shot but sorry I don't like the border effect in V1 for similar reasons as those given by Janet above. Of the other two versions V2 is my favourite but personally I would have left it as a simple BW and perhaps cropped a bit off the LH side to move the shoes further over to be more on a third.

Lovely shot and composition. Personally I might have tweaked the levels a touch just to lift the colours slightly.

Nice shot but I would tweak the levels a touch to give a little more contrast and use the healing brush to remove the dark areas under the eyes + a little bit of USM.
