After yesterday's foray back into the warm summer sunshine, it's back to to the cold winter sunshine.
More images of the former railway bridge over the River Calder, taken over the weekend.
All the images are variations of a 5 shot, handheld HDR

V1--HDR and adjusted in Topaz
V2--HDR and with a PS curves adjustment
V3--V2 converted to mono
V4--HDR "fiddled" with in PS
V5--A blend of V1 & V4

Camera:Pentax K10D--ISO 250 f16
Lens:Sigma 10-20 Ex @ 11mm
Recording media:RAW (digital)

Some interesting variations -- v1 appeals most, perhaps 2 and 3--- a well done experiment!

Much prefer V1. Great sky and love the lead in of shadows and light plus footprints.

This is an excellent image, and having looked at and admired each version, I have come back to V1 as being my favourite because I particularly like the detail in the footprints and shadows going across them. Yes, there IS a face in the sky.
