Thanks all fore the c&c on yesterday's upload, twas just a little bit of Saturday fun really. For those that were interested I was actually stood on the Trig Point of Roseberry Topping on the edge of the North York Moors. It is better known for fabulous shots like this by Ian Snowdon:.rose although I am sure it's best known for the work done on it by Joe Cornish.

Today's offering is from my recent drive into the Brecon Beacons.

The title is Status Quo inspired

Fascinating shot with the backlighting providing an almost surreal effect on the f/g and giving an interesting patterns and textures.
Ronnie.

Wonderful capture Alan and clever work to avoid too much glare from the sun. Great FG detail on the rocks.

Lovely light going on here Al. Good use of the tree to diffuse what is quite a strong sun, but the use of the sun on the foreground works well. Did you get a shot from an angle with the sun at a right angle?
