Been looking through some images I took earlier this month in the garden of some redpolls - and came across this one. Probably a bit too much going on for some people's tastes and I know there are some quite prominent areas in the background. Rather than try and mess it up with cloning the white area behind his back I have chosen to leave it there - just some sharpening and crop for composition and that is it. Hope you find something to like about it as I do. Not seen one for a few days now as I expect they are pairing up - witnessed a couple of them pair brooding about a week ago...lovely sight and managed a pic but only a record shot...great to see though.
Am trying a different tact on the sleeping front tonight...staying up later and seeing if that works...lol
