Over the weekend we have had another fall of snow, it seems spring has been put on hold just a little longer. I took the opportunity to get out for a short walk in the lovely sunshine. Whilst most people headed for the main peaks in the Brecons I took a stroll up one of the surrounding hills where it was less quiet - well this guy was the only one who passed me for the 90 mins that I stood there taking in the view. He didn't stop or even smile but just kept on walking - hope he enjoyed his walk. I couldn't resist having an human element in my shot and as he move through the frame I clicked the shutter button Smile

I think the walker makes the shot work, makes it come alive. Great photo.

A very good composition Alan. Snow exposed properly and lovely light. I think the figure walking through adds the perfect touch.

the figure walking through adds the perfect touch.... couldn't agree more. Lovely 'busy' sky and your angle of capture to sun has given some fine texture and shape to the snow.
