Ewe see the strangest things when you are out n about sometimes....last weekend at the Brecon Jazz festival there was a fringe event going on at the same time - not quite where these fitted in but perhaps they are from the local "hospital" in Talgarth which is not far away? - although I don't think the dainty feet belong to any of the recent residents...lol 
No live animals were hurt in the filming of this event !
