Nice detail and sparkle in the wet head, Alan. Good exposure on the white feathers to retain detail. The water movement adds interest to the shot. I agree with Willie about more space. The beak, though under water, is quite visible and, since the bottom right corner is where the swan is facing and feeding, it could do with space to look/move into, which applies to animals, humans, insects and even flowers alike.
