Lovely image, I googled Chaffinch and Bullfinch and it could be either.

Its a Chaffinch Alant, gray neckbands intruding into the throat area, undertail mainly white streaked ( black in bullfinch) bill and head shape, all point to this species. Mind you it goes to show how the angle of a bird when photographed makes such a difference, side on and it would be a easy ID.
