I'm doing a job for my Volvo repair shop. My wife and I have two battle star Volvos, that is two station wagons. Not the best mileage I've ever had, but built like a tank. I was broad sided by a lunatic doing 60 M.P.H. The front half of the car was mangled, but the interior stayed safe. In any other car I could have kissed my Sicilian hinny good by.
My repair shop is sprucing up. Everyone who gets his or her car fixed there wouldn't think of going any where else, but the place was pretty shabby. I've been taking test shots to get an idea how the finals should look on their web site. I've even taken out my fifteen year old Nikon Coolpix 5000. The one with the fish eye lens. You can zoom in and skip the circular image.
I saw this blue Volvo waiting for repair. It was polished to a bright shine, but a thin covering of dust and then a light drizzle had left rain spots on it. I shot the reflection of the sky anyway. I like it.
