Caught this green fly with a curious (water?) bubble dangling from it's mouth(?) area. Loved what I saw, so I snapped away!

A good effort, but its way over saturated. Be careful with this so the finished image looks natural. Over saturation also can cause loss of detail.

Thanks for the constructive critique, I did saturate the image a bit to get the green to jump out a bit more. Will be more careful next time. Smile

Thanks John, appreciated. Unfortunately, I'm quite limited macro-wise with no true-macro lens. Soon, I hope, I'll be able to take even better quality close-ups Smile Glad you like this one though. I have some others from this type of fly which I'll upload in the coming days.

An extremely sharp image with that water droplet a bonus. I think this would still be excellent without the excessive saturation.
