I like the photo in shot but maybe could do to look a little worn...he loves her and looks at the picture often.

The placement of your hands and expression match the concept of the image and the title. Gosh you really look like you need to switch off Pete!
Although I like the texture layer, I would of liked to have seen more of you hands and eyes comming through. But thats just my taste.

I really like the subject,processing....and resulting image.
I think the only little niggle I would have is that the flower could of been placed/seperated away from his hand.

I think that the crop has improved the image. I would lke to see the image framed on a black or white b/g....with maybe a thin line of white or grey to seperate it.....if you get what I mean.

I also notice a slight colour over the subjects....I would prefer if the tones were kept within the b&w range.

Only my opinion though
I do like your idea....and half the fun can be re-editing and re-working an image....I do it plenty...Lol.
