Like this a lot, it has the warm bright bustle of the street, and the grey shadows lurking immediately above. And I know the viewpoint well.

Love the street scene and this part works best on its own. I know you lose the clock tower but try cropping the sky out so that the photo focuses on the chasm of Princes Street.
