I thought the shutters broke the bland look of the lighthouse wall.
Built in 1824 on the headland of Cap Camerat it is the second highest coastal light in France and can be seen up to 30 miles away !
It is not far from where I live and I can see it from our terrace.
Taken yesterday on a fine sunny day as you can see from the sky.
