Hi All,
This is the first one that I've uploaded for around 3 months. Hav'nt been on the laptop much lately. Sadly lost my father a short while back & kind of lost interest for a while regarding spending time on computers etc.
Still taking lots of pics though!
This was a recent trip down to the River & the Yachts are all side on in this one due to the tide turning. Another 2 minutes & the bows were facing the camera meaning the water is on the ebb.
Taken just as the mist was slowly lifting around 5.10 am.
Thanks for looking!

Sorry about your bereavement. This is a delightful picture - mystical, ephemeral, lovely.

Absolutley magical. Those subtle tones are so very beautiful. The loss of a parent is so traumatic. Hope you are starting to feel a lot better and so pleased to see you back on epz once more.

What a superb image, I could see this as a ptint on the wall. Would if have been possible to have included the all the mast reflections?

Fabulous image, Alan. Has such delicate tones because of the mist, and a marvellous ethereal atmosphere. Beautiful work.
As I mentioned in my PM I'm so sorry about your loss, and I for one have certainly missed your presence on this site. So glad you're back again.
Regards, Ronnie.

Wonderful soft colour and lovely light. A great time to be on the river and see all the things so few of us see.
Sorry to hear about your Father, it's never easy to lose someone close, but they stay with you for ever in your head, all the funny stories and the things you did and had together. Time softens the pain with the memories, beleive me, it's OK in time.
