Its quite a nice shot, - framed nicely. Slightly noisy due to a high ISO/low light, but easily removed if you want to using Noise Ninja or something similar.

As with many landscape/scenery shots it can work better if the horizon is not in the centre, - place it on a third.

In the mod Ive reduced noise, and increased contrast a little. Ive placed the horizon lower by simply adding height to the sky, - you can do this be increasing the canvas size at the top only, and cloning sky into it.

Hello, Victor. Since there is very little of interest on the left, and a fairly bland sky, I wonder if this would have been better shot in vertical format, and you could then have included the remainder of the mast reflections, which I think are a nice feature, especially with the rippled effect. The two little boats add a nice bit of balance, and the red splash of the buoy is good. I think you did well to get such good detail and exposure, considering the lack of light (I can see lights in the background houses), apart from the noise already mentioned.
