This would look better in portrait format, too much dead space either side not adding anything to the photo, the main focus is on the wing and not the eye.

Nice composition, but I would have tried a closer crop, as was said before, and a bit of a burn on the white feathers on the back, to dull that bright white...4% burn may have worked...Nearly right . Chen.
