Last Bank Holiday weekend, I was on the Isle of Wight. On the Monday whilst I was down at the Needles Battery, the coastguard helicopter team decided to practice their rescue techniques by dropping off their winch man onto a small rock, and picking him up again. It helps if you can see the large version. Smile

Unfortunately I didn't have a longer lens with me! Doh!

Can't believe I'm the first to comment on this photo and only the 4th to vote, I think it's brilliant, there's something seriously wrong with this site in regards to votes and comments, I just can't understand it.
