This image is not the usual quality you have come to expect from Steve. It is one of the last images he took before he sadly collapsed and died just after leaving the football ground. I am posting it in memory of him. knowing he died doing what he loved is a small consolation for our sad loss. Thank you to everyone who posted the kind words on the forum.
Love you my sweetheart hope you are happy snapping those beautiful angels x

this is an excellent tribute to Steve and as you say the one consolation is that he was doing what he loved. I hope you are all as OK as can be expected at this time, God bless you Steve no doubt you are busy papping those angels Smile

I was shocked to hear of steves passing. I last talked with him at the Oldham V Hartlepool United League1 game this season. He was telling me about his plans for his rugby and pasing on advice to me as we always did with each other.
Please know that Steve was and always will be a well respected man and photographer.

Be Brave, Be Strong

Frank
