Digital makes it a lot easier than in a darkroom masking out sections !!

I see a square crop with the top lopped off.

mmmm....can sort of see your point but this is a copy of bw original and the blob was a coin left on the photo paper under an enlarger lamp...and i have tired to re create the first one.....can see your point and along with a few other early works can see where improvements could be made.....probably around christmas when im really really bored !!
