Good morning everyone, thank you for all your votes and comments. My pain is back and i had a most uncomfortable night so apologies up front if I do not get to your uploads as its uncomfortable to sit too long.
Today's image is a flower from the African flame tree. They grow in the warmer humid areas of South Africa. The trees grow big and have few leaves but lots of these striking orangy-red flowers

A lovely image Colleen. It does look a tiny bit 'flat' on my screen though and I think I would increase contrast and brightness just a tad. Well worth a try and see which way you prefer it. A

Good morning Colleen ! I am so sorry to hear that you are in pain again !! Stay strong - it will pass ! This is my favourite African tree - called Erythrina Lysistemon in Latin - also have many other names as you may well know like Coral tree or the unmentionable K tree SmileGrinGrinGrin An excellent photo. without the dirt/pollen on, and yes I know it's natural
