Another early start this morning for a half hour drive back to the poppy fields so that I could capture some more backlighting with the early morning sunlight. I wasn't disappointed and managed another hundred or so shots.
It took quite a number of attempts to capture one of the many bumble bees on their early morning pollen collection.
Thanks for you wonderful reaction to the previous poppy shots. I know the site may be inundated with poppy shots at the moment, but you can hardly blame us...they do make a super capture in the right lighting conditions
I am definitely NOT getting up early tomorrow...half five every weekend day during the last couple of weeks is taking it's toll
