The image reminds me of Mr Cleese, Mr Barker and Mr Corbett (thanks to Whiterose1 for the video clip)........the grand old British Class System.........
My heartfelt thanks to NDODS, Lillian, Rayme330 and Rolepics for their wonderful User Awards on the two baby Sparrows..........totally delighted.......
Wonderful composition, super capture & great title Julia
Fabulous capture, Julia !
What a wonderful capture by yourself.
A splendid shot & great caption
Fantastic image - again - Julia!!
The look on the little sparrow's face is priceless, Julia Carol
Oh yes, love this, a wonderful capture.
Yes, I can see where you are coming from in your opening narrative, Julia. Strikes me the adjudicator in the middle looks a bit overwhelmed.
As said before, you manage to capture birds in such interesting groupings and 'poses' and I can believe you must spend hours waiting for just the right moment, and if so, how worth the final results.
Absolutely classic! I agree with you on the Cleese, Barker & Corbett likeness. Their expressions are priceless. Brilliant, brilliant capture.
What a fantastic image. Delighted to be vote #30.
The expression says it all, Julia, a wonderful group. I would say he was being a bit hen-pecked but it would probably go way over his head
I dont know how you keep doing it day after day....what a delightful capture
The haughty starling on the left has to be Upper Class, the sparrow has to be the Working Class, and the starling on the right has to be the Middle Class. They know their places.
This is a SUPERIOR image, Julia, first CLASS work, and I hope the little chaffy doesn't get a pain in the back of his neck!
Love the look on the little sparrow. He's even tapping his claws. Asking Mrs. Sparrow if Mr. Sparrow was willing to talk to him. Love it.......Sandy
What a great shot, made me giggle with the way the sparrow is looking..Lin
Top drawer.............great title.
Nearly cracked a rib
Made me smile again here Julia well timed and worked

Ooo err Mrs! Great shot. This should be in a caption competition.
Great capture Julia. Love the facial expressions of these three.

One of your very best Julia, the poses are hilarious, and the Two Ronnies and John Cleese sketch was the first thing I thought of when I opened the thumbnail!
